Something Useful:- How to remove negative EmotioNs

Negative Emotions are one of the major aspects that diverts a person from work. When a person is able to avoid it, he would surely be successful in his chosen career. Each and every person has his individual characteristics, which are acquired either from his parents or himself by his worldly experience. So each and every person would undergo his/her emotions according to his/her individual characteristics. Emotions are mainly associated with mood, personality, temperament and disposition. The most frequent negative emotions a man can feel are fear, grief, apathy, hatred, shame, anger, regret, blame, resentment and hostility. Negative emotions are normally caused by an underlying fear of the unknown, a fear of the actions of others, and a need to control them or stop them to avoid being harmed.

The main step to resolve your negative emotions is to "find and know your inner self". There are few steps to be followed to know your inner self. This information is an inspiration from one of my favorite blogs and i would like to share with you friends as I felt every person in earth would require this information.

Listen to your inner self.

Every one has a voice in his mind after he undergoes his thought. The question is are you paying attention to it? The voice is none other than the portrayal of your thought which most adults tend to repress it. The inner voice is one of the important tools that help you to self realize and help you to easily remove negative emotions. Its quite simple, not to get complicated though, but rather just to listen the voice carefully and analyze it. The thoughts are quite varied and it is all about yourself or of another person. Its a mixture of good and bad things that creeps up normally after every incident. So ask yourself regarding why such questions creep into your mind and understand it before you react. And you be aware of the thought you get. The moment you are aware of your thoughts you would surely avoid your emotion to react.

Take the time to listen to this voice. Do not dismiss it or be afraid of it. Some of the thoughts may be of things that you do not like about yourself or of traits that you have repressed. Ask yourself, why do you hate these traits? Is it because society told you that they are not worthwhile? Well, that is not a good reason. Adjusting our personality and behavior to accommodate others usually comes at our own personal expense. While we might not publicly voice our displeasure our internal voice rarely stays quiet.

Start a journal.

Keeping a journel is great way to keep track of your thoughts, emotions and can be used as a tool to process the events that happen in our daily lives. Having our most private thoughts written down and revisiting them at a later date can give greater clarity to our internal conflicts, desires, fears and regrets.

Schedule Some Alone Time

To be able to connect with your true self requires that you are in a healthy place emotionally. So it is important for you to block out some time during the week for yourself. You need to make sure that you are by yourself without any distractions. Find a quiet place and use this time to work on yourself. Whether it is time to just unwind, meditate or do something that you enjoy.

Learn to Meditate

Allowing yourself to quiet your mind is important. Stilling the mind is not just another mental exercise. It is a change of attention. Meditation is focusing on the inner world and away from the physical and mental world. When the mind is silent, when all the thoughts, feelings, perceptions and memories have fallen away, then what remains is the essence of self. What we then find is not a sense of "I am this" or "I am that;" but just "I am".

Identify Your Core Values

To be able to connect with your true self you need to be aware of what your core values are. This is represented by characteristics or qualaties that you value most. This may be a little tricky to do. One exercise that may help to document your core values is to make a list of 10 people that you lookup to and next to each person list all the qualities you admire most in them. Once you have listed the qualities you value the most, you will be able to focus on growing them within yourself.

Respect The Integrity Of Your Core Values

There are many situations when doing something conflicts with your Core Values. Get into the habit of analyzing such situations. Quite often we conflict with our Core Values for the sake of looking good or making some progress. That’s why it is very important to always make sure you know if such a sacrifice is really necessary. If it’s something not important, you should never conflict with yourself, because in many situations you’re acting in a certain way simply because of the situation you’re in. What happens then is that the situation will change, while you will be left on your own with your thoughts and conflicts. Maintain your integrity - many problems are not worth the self-conflicts you’re getting into.

Face Your Fears

Many of us use fear as an excuse to not try new things, go for what we truely desire or take risks that are necessary for success. The fear of failing, getting hurt or even succeeding prevents us from fully realizing our dreams. Fear is a natural instinct, we’re wired to feel fear whenever we’re stepping into unfamiliar territory. To be able to progress in our life and get closer to our true destiny we need to have the courage to face our fears. Sometimes our fear is pointing us to exactly what’s most important to us and what we love most.

Yourself Self-Searching Questions.

A good exercise is to ask your self soul searching questions. These are hypothetical questions that do not take into account any real world obstacles that you face; instead the answers to these questions may help illuminate the path to your true desires. Some good questions to ask are "If I had only one year left to live I would ...", "If I did not have to worry about money I would spend my time doing ...", "If I could do my life over I would do ...."

Do Something Different

Too many of us live a life of routine. We maintain the same daily schedule and as a result of living a life of repetition we fail to develop new skills or grow in any meaningful way. Having new experiences is great way to learn new things about ourselves. Open yourself up to as many new possibilities as you possibly can and pay attention to your reactions. You will be surprised by what interests or engages you.

Stop Following The Crowd

The world that we live in is extremely structured with everyone knowing their role and place in society. The problem with following the crowd is that you are not being true to yourself, you are allowing yourself to be assimilated into a larger group. As a result your life is no longer a reflection of who you are but a reflection of what society thinks it should be for you.

Nature Aesthetically pleasing but Horrendous - The Incident

the topic nature aesthetically pleasing but horrendous came to my mmind because of the impact it had created on me being terribly violent and horrific. this impact made me to exactly know the extremes of horrid nature. here in this blog me gonna share an incident that had affected me.
the Incident
december 25, 2004 was one of my best ever Christmas. The day was the most expected one as we friends had decided to spend Christmas by grandeur that winter. The ideas behind the plans were to know another culture or religion’s delightful side. We started collecting more information on knowing the formalities of celebrating Christmas. The day started and went on well as planned. The colorful day had our house decorated with Christmas tree and yummy cakes made us all sniff. The later part of the day continued to be an overwhelming ecstasy owing to a prayer and a get together with our childhood friends. The end of the day was as usual anxious leaving a question to get back to bliss, as normal days where on the way. The day not only ended up to wilt but a plan of another outing for Besant beach the next morning made us exciting.

The next day started off with elation keeping up the expectations. We friends reached Besant beach as planned. Excitement crept up as the morning sea breeze made us glide and had drawn us further to the shore. Nature’s character was as usual aesthetic and pleasing but a sudden change made us devastating. We dint know it early as we friends were facing the other side of the shore. But the yell of the people made us understood that it was none other than the killer waves firing in. That second made a puff of swirl around me gossiping the name of God. Everyone including me was running hard to save our lives but destiny had spoke, washing out many. We continued to run for another 500 meters that actually saved our lives. It was none other than God’s will that had actually saved us. No one had ever imagined that these things would have happened the very next day of Christmas and none had expected the characteristics of nature to be this cruel that made us understand the horrific side of nature. It was mourning and crying everywhere that had actually made us numb, but looking our friends alive made us console. After getting back home, the television sets made us know that it has been the buzz around the whole world and the waves had run over so many lives. And when days went by it was nature back to normalcy with its innocent outlook, seeming to have done nothing. Then calm returned as if the dead night wanted to come alive but could manage only a shuddering breath.

Well!! this was my most embarrassing moment I would say.. According to me, natural calamities are reactions caused due to violent hurts and bad relationships among people..

Nature is said to be the only polite element that would tolerate severe hurts with lot of acceptations. These small hurts accumulate on them every time when created and bursts out into calamities when these hurts creep to the extremes ending up tolerance.

I felt bringing good relationship, peace and brotherhood in the society would be the only solution to solve these calamities.. and "Love is the only answer for many questions".

Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na: Audio Review

t
his movie seems to be a promising love flick with Genelia D'Souza oppositte Imraan Khan who is the nephew of Aamir Khan. the movie is produced by none other than our Aamir Khan. the movie promises more with debutant director Abbas Tyrewala penning down his exquisite lyrics joining hands with our musical wizard A.R.Rahman. the audio seems to be the best of this year with Rahman bringing some scintillating youthful tunes giving a break to his epic and historic genres. the album is a melange of jazz, pop and symphony.

the movie has six tracks, the album's first track is

1.Kabhi Kabhi Adithi Zindhagi -- Rashid Ali which has already captured so many hearts and seems to be the current buzz of the bollywood industry. the first thing that strikes on your mind listening to the song seems to be the pleasing voice of Rashid Ali. there has been phew critcs on this song for its similarity with "Adada Adada" from Bommarillu but few resources confirm that this song has been completed by Rahman two years back and when it comes to the feel of the song it seems to be far ahead and it could noway be compared. The guitar strums and flute interludes embellishes the song more. The song has all ingredients of making it a super hit. The scale transition in the middle paragraph seems to be very unpredictable having very good phrasing and tune flow. The song is right away the pick of the album. Its Rahman at his best.
My Rating (9.8/10.0)

2. Pappu C'ant Dance Salla -- Anupama, Benny Dayal, Blaazee, Tanvi, Darshana, Satish Subramanium, Aslam.

this song is straight away dedicated to the dance floors. the song seems to have humms like "kiti kiti na na" with a classical touch in it. Nothing special musically speaking, a lotta sound and audio engineering involved in it , probably an experimentation by Rahman. Blaaze gives his best with his rap & lyrics. the song is a pure classical fusion. the song's lyric plays an important part depicting a character called "Pappu" who has got everything but can't dance. the song is fast paced and soon would be heard everywhere. Ultimately a commercial song.
My Rating (9.3/10.0)

3.Jaane tu Meri Kya hai -- Runa

this is a unique composition with percussions at its best. the piano pieces seem to have traces of "Yanni' overlooked by Rahman's style.. the song is a pure melancholy with explicit singing. Runa does a great job showing her excellence bringing the exact feel. the scale transition in the middle parah seems to be odd first but then grows on u slowly and captures u. the scale transition shows Rahman's high standards and brings the reason why he is different& unique from other composers.. Altogether a superb compostion..
My Rating (9.7/10.0)

4. Nazrein Milaana -- Benny Dayal, Satish Chakravarthy, Naresh Iyer, Darshana, Shwetha, Tanvi, Bhargavi, Anupama

the song is sung by a bunch of singers. the song is energetic which has the trademark Rahman stamp in it. the song has traces of his previous track "Yuhi Chala" from Swades. the song starts with an acoustic guitar wit a country feel. the pretty orchestration of the song would capture anybody in the very first listen to carry the song along. A good song..
My Rating (9.5/10.0)

5. Tu Bolo -- A.R.Rahman

the song is one of Rahman's best compositions of his last few years.. the best ever jazz number done by an Indian composer.. the song purely has an International feel. the song is probably the theme song of the movie. the song seems to have a feel of 60's jazz. themes with same sorta feel where given by Miles Davis, Buddy Bolden, Louis Armstrong during the 60's. the songs speciality is its usage of trumpets and soft drums.. the arrangements of the song at its best adds an International flavour to it. the song has too much of knowledge & experimentation behind it and I guez the track can noway be reproduced because of its complication. Rahman has done a great job singing it elegantly. In terms of knowledge and musical appreciation I feel this is the song of the album.
My Rating (9.9/10.0)

6. Kahin to Hogi Ho -- Rashid Ali ,Vasundra Das

this song is a beautiful song made for Rashid Ali, none other than him could have rendered it better. the feel of the song is quite amazing which causes addiction. the song is soft, romantic and soothing which would make the listener to float. this would surely make Rashid Ali reach places and wud be remembered for several years to come..
My Rating (9.8/10.0)

Nature An Introduction

the word "nature" has infinite faces and meanings so that it cannot be depicted that easily. So many topics involved in nature seems to be a mystery, thats one of the reasons for one cannot depict the whole significance of nature . here I give u a small portray or depiction of nature. the term "nature" means essential qualities or characteristics by which something can be recognized, or it could be a causal agent creating and controlling things in the universe. A nature of a person is the complex of emotional and intellectual attributes that determine a person's characteristic actions and reactions. stating the word nature rite away takes any mind to its beauty thats because of its admiration. Nature is one of God's gift, so learn to enjoy god's creation. Nature is differentiated by its various forms. Oceans, mountains, the muddy shores, deap sea vents, animal species, worms, reptiles, micro organisms , plants, human and many more all these come under nature.

AUDIO Review SAKKARAKATTI-::

People the audio review of Sakkarakatti seems to be a kinda late from my side as the songs are already familiar and topping the charts. But before that I would like to mention the reason for publishing it late, its simply because Rahman's compositions have a lot of knowledge behind it and it takes a bit of time to grow on the listener. Another important reason behind this, is that his music contains too many background layers, new scale transitions and new experimentations that aren't familiar. So, it takes time for us to understand. Thats the reason why people call his compositions "A Slow poison" (i.e)

( it starts of worse and when days go by, it grows on u, creeps and stays forever)..

Here I start.. This album is gonna create history no doubts.. Each track is good in its own way and the tracks in the album contains variety of genres..

1. Eley (Singers Krish, Naresh Iyer)--

This composition is very new to Indian music. Here Rahman introduces the genres Irish jazz and the blues.. The most intelligent aspect of this track is its orchestration, it seems to be accompanied with acoustic guitar that brings a country feel so that it could be listened even by a lay man. This is basically for commercial aspects, as pure Jazz & blues requires a different taste and could be listened only by purists. The usages of "Brass", Violin & Organs brings the Irish-jazz feel and the scale transition gives u the blues feel.. The genre "Blues" is identified by its different method of strumming and scale transitions. This so called blue transition can be found in the second stanza when the "Eley" part seems to be repeated. The lyrics seems to be very suitable for the tune, it purely shows the writer's imagination. This song is one among the youth anthems.
My Rating (9.7/10.0)

2. Taxi Taxi (Benny, Blaze and Vion)--

The song is a pure youth anthem on cards.. The song is already a chartbuster. It is said to be the song of the season and according to sources the video of the song has recently been changed. The track has an International feel. The song seems to be of the Hip Hop genre. They also call it "Rompe". The background pads and bass seems to be the best part of the song..

The song has French lyrics..

"
il faut que je me depeche parce qu'on m'attend au chennai
il faut que j'aille prendre le taxi à Paris" which means that "it is necessary that I myself depeche because one awaits me to the chennai, I must, will take the taxi to Paris"

Another attractive part of the song is its lyrics on friendship..

My Rating (9.7/10.0)

3. Marudhaani (Madhushree and Rahman)--

This song is gonna be the song of the year. The melody ,the tune and freshness in it can beat any track. Nothing special about the loop as it is a very simple trance loop but the tracks tune obliterates its orchestration. "Oh My God" the stupendous feel seems to be straight away from Rahman's corridor. The first piano interlude starting of with a minor transition just flows in your mind straight away and the middle paragraph's highlight seems to be our Rahman's humming, it comes in and fades away within a phew secs. The song's lyrics seems to be very colorful which portrays the tradition of a gurl and her love.
My Rating (9.8/10.0)

4. Naan Eppodhu (Reena Bharadhwaj)--

This song would capture anybody in the very first listen. The tune floats anybody with its feel. This song is a remake of a super hit song "Yeh Ristha" from the hindi movie "Meenakshi". The best part is that the remade lyrics suits well in tamil. The gorgeous voice of Reena Bharadhwaj seems to be a plus. I feel this song seems to be different in tamil. The orchestration has different sounds and mandolin is the instrument used in the first interlude.
My Rating (9.7/10.0)

5. Chinnamma (Benny Dayal, Chinmayi)--

This song seems to be a pure south Indian composition. It makes anybody to dance. Probably a next "Chayya Chayya" on the making. The voice of Benny seems to be better than that of Sukhwinder's and Chinmayi, I doubt whether it was her voice because it was totally different from "I miss you da" (another track from this album) this shows her versatility. This song would be a mass hit. The lyrics, tune and change in the rhythm pattern seems to be even more better in tamil.
My Rating (9.6/10.0)

6. I Miss You Da (Chinmayi)--

This song tune is of 50's type but the song's beat and orchestration seems to be a trance and a mixture of the genre arabic in the interludes. This song brings an erotic feel. This song is like a dream and nobody could imagine an orchestration this way. Tamil ppl would know more regarding these sorta compositions because these kinda songs where given by MS.Viswanathan in the past 1950's. Tracks like "Maalai Pozhundhin Mayakam" is considered to be a super hit in the 50's which is too of the same kinda genre. I feel he is trying out a new style, bringing out old 50's music touch using today's technology. His recent tracks like"Mayail Iragae","thigu thigu", "Munbae Va", "Inisaai", "Thazhuvadhu","Maja Maja" will all come under this category. The track "thottal poo malarum" new was too a track of M.S.Viswanathan re-tuned version of Rahman..

I feel these tracks are for late generation who would generally prefer these kinda songs because the old type music feel is still considered to be evergreen. And since it has been softwares dominating the period of time, there's nothing wrong in Rahman trying out something new to look back.

I feel this could be a trend change. Soon there would be a demand for these kinda songs. Whenever I listen to this I find something new. It grows on one slowly.
My Rating (9.5/10.0)

Normally I would not get completely satisfied with an Arr album but this album seems to be something above expectations.

So, lets hope the best & pray for the Director to equalize the
expectations & standards being creative in his videos because videos generally play an important role to make the songs familiar among ppl.

MY IDEAL & MY LIFE

this is not a blog but my life.. this blog is to just make u understand how an ideal person can bring a drastic effect or change in a person's life.. the special person has not only transformed me but has made me into a distinct individual with ambitious goals & has totally changed my attitude and way towards life.. this person is my life time ideal and I wud like to follow him in all aspects of my life.. his qualities has made me learn so many, starting from interests to attitude. So many concepts like relating ur eternal life with real world, balancing ur routine life with work, handling politics with simple concepts called Love, Affection and Services to ur society. Concepts like visualization towards ur dream, laws of attraction, concepts on increasing ur creativity, removing expectations and to bring acceptance.. the service he does for our country is something outrageous & extravagant.. that could be the reason for his popularity.. You can take all experts who have achieved big in their life, they all follow the same principle called "the secret". they do it in a different path but they end upp at the most expected destination which is the one & only "Success" or a concept called "Searching is as important as reaching the destination". Well!! why to get this complicated but just to learn to continue & concentrate on your work ignoring feelings and emotions..

Well!! I could never imagine how spiritual I would have transformed, by reading this paragraph u could well find that lol!! Guess I've deviated from the topic.. Here I get back with a surprise disclosing my ideal person.. who is none other than "Our Music God" A.R.RAHMAN..

Well!! I dedicate this Blog for all Rahmaniacs..
